The new editor of Canadian Psychology/Psychologie canadienne discusses the journal's well-articulated mandate and articulates two larger goals for her tenure as editor. Her first goal is to promote "excellence with equity"; therefore, she would like to help advance the professional trajectories of early career scholars and scholars from underrepresented groups. The second goal is to increase the visibility of the work published in the journal, as well as its authors. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2019 APA, all rights reserved)
